Operation Coordinator

Core Required Skills and Competencies: Multilingual is a plus Good at customer service and communication skills by email and phone. High proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel. The ability to learn quickly and work efficiently as productivity goals must be met. Good organizational skills as this position requires working with multiple departments and following up with clients and other related parties. Position Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic operational and business plans. Negotiate rates and build relationships with the vendors. Account maintenance and communication with overseas offices to ensure international and customer expectations are met. Team player with a positive attitude, individual initiative and good communication skills is a must. Follow Falcon Logistics Global given procedures and processes well.
