Key Qualifications:

• Active Washington state RN or LPN/LVN license in good standing
• Prior school nursing or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong assessment, triage, and communication skills
• Familiarity with IEPs/504s, medication administration, and emergency response protocols
• Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic school settings
• Current CPR/BLS certification required

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care to students, including medication administration and first aid
• Manage and implement care plans for chronic conditions and special medical needs
• Monitor student health, maintain accurate health records, and document interventions
• Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers
• Participate in the development of health policies and emergency preparedness
• Provide health education and promote wellness initiatives within the school community

Compensation for this position ranges from $35.34 to $55.34. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
