We'd love to hear from you!Clinical Care & Injury ManagementProvide first aid, triage, assessment, and treatment for workplace injuries and illnesses.Deliver patient care using Medcor's evidence-based clinical protocols.Respond to workplace medical emergencies and provide appropriate care.Support workers' compensation case management and return-to-work programs.Coordinate with outside medical providers to monitor treatment plans and support employee recovery.Clinic Operations & Employee WellnessAssist with daily operations of the onsite occupational health clinics.Perform pre-employment and post-offer health screenings.Conduct Physical Assessment Testing (PATs).Support workplace wellness initiatives and employee health education.Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.Assist with OSHA recordkeeping and other clinic administrative responsibilities.Collaboration & CommunicationBuild positive relationships with employees, client leadership, and Medcor's clinical support teams.Collaborate with safety teams, human resources, and outside healthcare providers.Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for employees seeking care.Serve as a trusted healthcare resource for employees at the worksite.What We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsCurrent, valid EMT, Paramedic, or LPN/LVN licensure or certification applicable to the position.Current CPR/BLS certification.Strong clinical assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills.Comfortable using computers, electronic medical records, and other healthcare technology.Ability to work independently while following established clinical protocols.Ability to lift and carry a 50-pound emergency response bag.A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine passion for helping others.Willingness to provide occasional shift coverage based on clinic needs.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience in occupational health or an onsite workplace clinic.Emergency medicine, EMS, urgent care, or critical care experience.Familiarity with workers' compensation and return-to-work programs.Experience working independently in a clinical environment.No occupational health experience?
