Propane Delivery Driver

Job Summary
Load, transport and deliver propane to customers. Complete all aspects of customer service. Duties and Responsibilities Essential- Follow Company safety standards and report issues.
- Complete pre/post trip inspections on transport vehicle and equipment.
- Understand all facets of propane systems.
- Load and unload propane from transport vehicle.
- Fill customers propane tanks.
- Ensure delivery route is completed efficiently.
- Act as customer service representative and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collect payments timely and appropriately.
- Respond to customer calls and ensure that customer concerns are resolved promptly and appropriately.
- Proper OOg procedure and documentation
- Obtain and maintain appropriate licensure including:
- Applicable State licenses
- NPGA certified
- Assist in setting tanks, tank maintenance, and so forth.
- Assist in sales process as needed.
- Two or more years experience in propane or fuel delivery or an associated industry.
- Possess a valid Class B CDL with Hazmat endorsement and have an acceptable driving record.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Able to learn company systems and processes.
- Adheres to the companys values and ethical expectations.
- Able to learn delivery routes and strong direction acuity.
- Trade or technical school (Certificate or diploma) in an applicable field.
- Three or more years experience with propane industry, fuel industry, or transportation industry.
