Requirements:

• IN License
• 2 years acute inpatient tele RN experience
• 2 years of acute care RN experience
• Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree (ASN) required
• BLS
• NIHSS
• Epic experience

Med/Surg , 3SE Med-Surg Tele , 24 beds , Ratio: 6:1 , EPIC , Galaxy Blue (not provided) , CRN & discharge nurse, weekday pharmacists , RN reads tele, no titration , Dx: mixed , Equip: IV/PCA pumps, wound vac, glucometer , Skills: trach, feeding tubes, CPAP, wound vac, dialysis assess.
