Assembly Business Unit Leader — Lean, Safety & Quality

Stellantis

Stellantis is seeking a Business Unit Leader in Detroit, Michigan, responsible for managing work teams in a unionized manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will ensure safety, quality, cost, and delivery while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in a high-volume production environment, along with strong interpersonal skills and team leadership abilities.
