Title: Operations Analyst Location: Woodridge, IL Duration: 12 Months Hours: Monday-Friday 7am - 4pm Must be onsite at the Woodridge, IL location Only W2 candidates are eligible for this position. Third-party or C2C candidates will not be considered The Service Engineering team is responsible for field investigations and problem solving. Responsibilities Maintain and update operational dashboards Manage asset tracking and inventory processes Identify and deactivate expired programs (campaigns, or records) Monitor case management systems Perform data cleanup activities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process improvements, and operational initiatives. Provide operational support for special projects, strategic initiatives, and ad hoc assignments. Desired Skills Nintex (workflow creation) / SharePoint (form management) preferred but not required.
