Baptist Health is seeking a Internal Medicine Physician to join Baptist Primary Care at our South Jacksonville location one of the fastest-growing areas in Northeast Florida.

This is a full-time outpatient opportunity within a physician-led, hospital-employed network offering strong clinical support and long-term stability.

Position Highlights

• Guaranteed base salary starting at $260,000+ (based on experience)

• $20,000 signing bonus + Year 2 retention bonus

• Outpatient practice

• Average 1517 patients per day

• Shared call schedule

Qualifications

• MD or DO

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine

• Eligible for Florida medical license

• DEA license
