Job Description
Baptist Health is seeking a Internal Medicine Physician to join Baptist Primary Care at our South Jacksonville location one of the fastest-growing areas in Northeast Florida.
This is a full-time outpatient opportunity within a physician-led, hospital-employed network offering strong clinical support and long-term stability.
Position HighlightsGuaranteed base salary starting at $260,000+ (based on experience)
$20,000 signing bonus + Year 2 retention bonus
Outpatient practice
Average 1517 patients per day
Shared call schedule
