Human Resources Duties
Plans, develops, administers, and evaluates command HR programs including outreach, recruitment, strategic planning, competency management, and workforce initiatives.
Provides expert guidance to commanders and directors on complex HR issues, policies, and strategic workforce decisions.
Collects, transforms, and analyzes HR data to identify trends, support decisions, and create dashboards and visualization tools.
Establishes human capital policies, conducts workforce studies, and identifies mission-critical skills and competency gaps.
Develops reports and evaluations to ensure HR programs align with Command Strategic Plan objectives and meet mission goals.
