• Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning ASAC FT for 6 months with the potential or extend. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8-hr day shifts with 4x8's (32 hours per week) guaranteed.

• Case Mix: Must be comfy with all cases - General (laparoscopic cholecystectomy/appy), robotic (gastric bypass, prostates), vascular (endo AAA, A-V fistulas, CAE's), ortho mastectomies, cystoscopy's)
\n
• Procedures Required:\n
  \n
  • General Surgical Cases ADULT, General Surgical Cases PEDIATRIC, IV Regional Anesthesia
  \n
  • Spinal Anesthesia, Epidural Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia, Obstetrical Cases, Neurosurgical Cases
  \n
\n
• # of OR's: 9 main OR, 5 endo
\n
• Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 3-5 Main OR, 12-15 Endo
\n
• Support Staff: We have anesthesia techs who do the machine turnovers. Also have scrub techs and first assists, and POA's who clean the OR's. Collaborative environment.
\n
• Will CRNA's be supervised or work independently?: Collaborative MD/CRNA relationship
\n
• Patient Demographic: Adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
\n
• Credentialing Time-Frame: 60-90 days
\n
• Active MA license: Yes, must have MA in order to be presented to job
\n
