Adminstrative Assistant

Opportunity Details We are seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office operations in Clarksville, AR. This position will provide administrative and clerical support, assist with scheduling and communications, maintain accurate records, and help ensure the office operates efficiently. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries in a professional manner. Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service. Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and schedules. Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence. Perform data entry and maintain accurate electronic and paper records. Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and other general office duties. Track office supplies and assist with ordering and inventory. Assist management and staff with administrative projects and special assignments. Process invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, or other administrative paperwork as needed. Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information. Coordinate communication between internal departments, customers, vendors, and other outside contacts. Utilize Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus. 4-6 years of administrative, clerical, customer service, or office experience preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications. Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team. Professional, dependable, and positive attitude. Preferred Skills Experience with scheduling and calendar management. Experience with data entry and document management. Basic bookkeeping or accounting experience is a plus. Experience working with confidential information. Ability to learn new software and office systems quickly.
