M&A and Private Equity Associate | Dallas A leading international law firm is looking to add mid-level associates to its M&A and private equity practice in Dallas. The team acts for corporates and private equity sponsors on a steady flow of transactional work, and associates are given a high level of client contact from early on. What you’ll work on Acquisitions and dispositions for corporate and private equity clients Minority investments and other strategic transactions Drafting and negotiating core transaction documents Running deals day to day, from first draft through to closing General corporate advisory work for an established client base This is a team that rewards initiative.
