Nursing Facility Float Nurse
The Float Nurse will provide quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. The nurse will assess residents' health status and develop individualized care plans. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals is essential to ensure comprehensive care. Documentation of patient care activities and progress is required. Must demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Flexibility to float between different facilities as needed is necessary. Commitment to maintaining a compassionate and respectful environment for all residents is expected. The role may involve participation in care planning and family education. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload are essential. Compliance with all regulatory requirements and facility policies is mandatory.
