Mancan staffing is seeking Agricultural labor for our client in Oberlin Oh.
Hours start at 7:00am for a 910-hour workday. M-F and Sat. as needed.Pay rate $17.00
Job Duties:
Planting and labeling trays
Moving product /lifting, carrying and unloading supplies
Keeping a clean work area
Maintaining an irrigation system and water lines
Operating rolling electric carts and unloading from a conveyor belt
Using ladders and assembling baskets
Adhere to all safety rules
Skills:
Physically able to lift up to 20Lbs. and push or pull carts up to 200Lbs.
Perform tasks effectively and efficiently
Bend, stool, kneel and stand for long periods of time in a fast-paced environment
Work in various temperatures - extreme heat or cold
Follow written and verbal instructions
Requirements:
Have a positive attitude and be flexible and willing to work
Successful drug screen
Successful background check
Available to work on Saturday
May be required to operate vehicles and machinery
