THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A PLUMBING SALES - FIELD SUPERVISOR
As a Plumbing Sales - Field Supervisor, you'll enjoy a structured full-time schedule designed to keep you productive and balanced.
Your day will begin with the drive to deliver excellence. You will lead by example, working closely with a team of talented technicians to ensure every customer receives the top-tier experience we're known for. You will meet with clients, listen carefully to their needs, and communicate solutions using our highly effective process. Each interaction will be an opportunity to build trust and present options that align with our proven methods. Throughout the day, you will provide leadership, guidance, and support to your team while representing their voice to the customer.
OUR IDEAL PLUMBING SALES - FIELD SUPERVISOR
- At least one year of proven sales experience in plumbing or a related industry
- Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated capacity to mentor and guide a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Track record of success in delivering solutions and achieving customer satisfaction
- Commitment to upholding company values and delivering quality service
- Willingness to follow and implement established processes to achieve results
