Activities Aide - Part-Time At Autumnwood Care Center, we are seeking a compassionate and energetic Activities Aide to join our team. As an Activities Aide, you will play a vital role in creating a engaging and enjoyable environment for our residents. Responsibilities Assist the Activities Director in planning, organizing, and implementing recreational activities for residents, including games, arts and crafts, and social events Develop and maintain relationships with residents to understand their interests and abilities, and tailor activities accordingly Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment Encourage and support residents in their daily activities, such as exercise classes, music therapy, and hobbies Maintain accurate records of resident participation and progress Participate in resident assessments and develop individualized activity plans Assist with setting up and cleaning up activity areas Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies as needed Does NOT Require CNA License What We Offer We offer a competitive salary range of $13 - $14 HOURLY , as well as a supportive and dynamic work environment.
