About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing ABA team. The RBT will work directly with children with autism and related developmental disorders, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role focuses on helping children build communication, social, and daily living skills in home and community settings.

The hours are Monday- Friday 10 AM to 1 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients
• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the supervising BCBA
• Collect accurate data on client progress and behaviors
• Assist with skill acquisition programs including communication, social, and daily living skills
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA regarding client progress
• Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with the BACB guidelines
• Build positive relationships with clients and their families

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain certification)
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field preferred
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong communication, patience, and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes if needed
