Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Telemetry Unit experience.

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

• Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Massachusetts license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - UMASS Memorial and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - UMASS Memorial.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience: - 1-2 years of recent experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience: - Chest tubes, spinal precautions, PCA pumps, and epidural experience preferred.

Special Requests: - Manager is flexible to reasonable time off requests.

Unit Details: - Adult and geriatric patient population. - Telemetry and observation patient population.

Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend and every other holiday. - Must be willing to flex 4 hours before/after your scheduled start time due to needs of the unit. Advanced notice is provided. - Self scheduling with manager final approval.

Floating Requirements: - ED boarders/admissions.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
