Lead global marketing strategy, product management, and commercialization across a high-growth medical device portfolio. This role owns upstream and downstream marketing, clinical education, and marketing communications while building a high-performing team and scaling global impact.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead product strategy + commercialization across portfolio
- Own upstream/downstream product marketing & market positioning
- Build, hire, and develop a high-performing marketing team quickly
- Provide clear direction across Product, MarCom, and Clinical Education
- Drive clinical education programs for surgeons, nurses & HCPs
- Oversee global marketing collateral, tools, and go-to-market execution
- Lead international marketing strategy + cross-functional global teams
- Identify and implement tools/systems to scale marketing effectiveness
- Build relationships and represent company at key industry events
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- At least 12+ years marketing experience, 6+ in leadership roles
- Strong medical device industry experience strongly preferred
- Proven experience building and scaling teams
- International marketing / global cross-functional leadership experience
- Strong product marketing + commercialization background
- Experience in clinical education targeting surgeons, nurses & HCPs
- Ability to operate at both strategic and execution level
- Up to 40% travel including industry events, clinical education, conference, trade shows mostly in North America, some international travel
- High visibility leadership role shaping global growth strategy
