Our sales executives are naturally curious, creative, relentlessly persistent, and energized by seeking out individuals, building new relationships and nurturing them into opportunities. They know rejection is part of the job, and every "no" simply gets them one step closer to the next "yes."

• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline development through negotiation and close.

• Understand client business challenges and position X by 2’s consulting services as strategic solutions.

• Partner with marketing and technical teams to create proposals, presentations, and sales materials that move opportunities forward.

• Build fluency in X by 2’s capabilities through collaboration, client conversations, and independent learning.

• Manage leads, relationships, and opportunities in Salesforce with accuracy and discipline.

• Represent X by 2 at client meetings, industry events, and conferences.

• You are resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable creating opportunities from scratch.

• You can earn trust with executives by communicating clearly and turning complex ideas into business value.

• You work independently, take ownership of results, and know when to bring in teammates or technical experts.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• 5+ years of professional experience with at least 3 years in a sales role.

• Not Required, But a Real Advantage

  • Healthcare and/or insurance industry experience.

  • Existing network of business relationships within those industries.

• Architecture-first. We design before we build, and we leverage patterns and frameworks for reuse.

• Total Compensation $100,000-$130,000 depending on experience

• Annual raises and promotions based on performance

• Required to be in-office Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at our Farmington Hills, MI location.
