Your Responsibilities Presidential Gardens is seeking candidates for an Assistant Property Manager role. The community consists of 200 units of affordable housing located in Haverhill, MA. The work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. You will be responsible for processing applications, annual recertifications, rent collections, accounts payable, processing work orders, and overall office support.
