Job Description
Title: RN - Medical Surgical, Cardiac Telemetry, Stroke Neuro, Step-Down ICU and ICU

Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Assignment Details:
- Contract Weeks: 13
- Guaranteed Hours: 36

Requirements:
- Current IL License
- CPR Certification
- ACLS Certification
- NIHSS Certification
- Extensive Cardiac experience
- ICU experience required, with willingness to float to Medical Surgical if needed
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (education verification required)

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to established policies and procedures.
- Document patient care according to standards.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individual patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and healthcare team.
- Participate in performance improvement activities.
- Provide clinical expertise and guidance to other units as needed.
