Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
Facility: Victoria Crossing Rehabilitation Center
Location: Brandon, FL
Shifts: All Shifts Available
Pay: $35 – $40 per hour (based on experience)

Victoria Crossing Rehabilitation Center is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our compassionate and high-performing clinical leadership team. • Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with daily nursing operations

• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff to ensure high standards of resident care

• Address and escalate staff concerns or grievances in a timely and appropriate manner

• Monitor staffing levels and help optimize scheduling to reduce overtime and agency usage

• Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and support disciplinary processes when needed

• Foster teamwork and maintain a positive, collaborative unit environment

• Participate in quality assurance initiatives, budget planning, and internal committees

• Oversee MDS coordination and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams on discharge planning

• Ensure residents receive compassionate, individualized, and high-quality care

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

• Strong leadership, supervisory, and team management skills

• Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking abilities
