Shift Lead (Carl's Jr)

Carl's Jr. is looking for a motivated and energetic Shift Lead to help lead our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. In this role, you will support daily operations, guide team members, and ensure every guest receives fast, friendly service and high-quality food. Key Responsibilities Lead and support team members during shifts to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations Delegate tasks and maintain productivity, teamwork, and positive morale Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally Ensure food quality, accuracy, and presentation meet Carl's Jr. standards Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen, dining, and service areas Follow and enforce food safety, sanitation, and health regulations Assist with opening, closing, and daily shift procedures Support cash handling, register operations, and shift accountability Assist with inventory, stocking, and minimizing food waste Train and coach team members on company procedures and performance expectations Ensure kitchen equipment is operating properly and report maintenance issues to management Support management in achieving operational goals during each shift Requirements Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred Benefits Competitive weekly pay Flexible scheduling Health, dental, and vision benefits available for eligible team members Paid time off for eligible employees #J-18808-Ljbffr
