Part-Time Youth Soccer Coach Soccer Shots Oahu
$21–$27 per hour | Part-time

Soccer Shots Oahu is hiring energetic and dependable coaches to lead engaging soccer classes for children ages 2–8. Our coaches introduce children to soccer while building confidence, teamwork, and positive character.

Soccer experience is helpful, but being reliable, enthusiastic, patient, and great with children is even more important. We provide the curriculum, equipment, and training you need to succeed.

Schedule and Locations

Classes are offered:

• Weekday mornings at preschools and schools
• Weekday afternoons, with most afternoon shifts beginning around 2:45 p.m.
• Saturday and Sunday mornings at select park locations
• Individual sessions are generally 30–45 minutes, with opportunities to coach multiple sessions based on availability and location

Applicants must be available for:

• At least three weekday morning and/or afternoon shifts
• At least one weekend morning

We have coaching opportunities across Oahu, with our greatest current needs in Honolulu and Kailua .

Compensation and Growth

• Starting pay of $21 per hour
• Opportunity to advance up to $27 per hour through a structured coaching evaluation process

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and safe, reliable transportation
• Ability to travel to assigned coaching locations
• Ability to pass required background and child-abuse history clearances
• Current TB clearance or ability to obtain one
• Consistent availability and dependable attendance

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with children ages 2–8
• Coaching, teaching, childcare, recreation, or youth-program experience
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it
• Soccer playing or coaching experience
