Responsibilities Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service. Shift managers provide leadership to crew and other managers, monitor performance, maintain safety and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager. Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments. Must be 18 years or older and able to maintain a flexible schedule.
