As a CNA, your work matters.

• Provide exceptional, personalized care and support with activities of daily living
• Create meaningful connections with residents living with dementia and cognitive decline
• Help maintain a calm, engaging, and safe environment
• Encourage socialization, dignity, independence, and purposeful engagement
• Support residents and families with compassion, patience, and understanding

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Current C.N.A certification
• Previous Memory Care or Dementia Care experience REQUIRED
• Experience working in senior living, assisted living, or long-term care preferred
• A compassionate, patient, and team-oriented approach
• High school diploma or equivalent
