Customer Service Representative

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

• Answer incoming customer calls and process requests for new service, cancellations, or changes .
• Accept and process customer payments , research billing inquiries, and update account information.
• Work with customers and internal Waste Connections teams to identify service needs, resolve issues, and provide safe, costeffective, environmentally sound solutions .

• Bilingual candidates strongly preferred (English + Spanish).
• 2+ years of highvolumecustomer serviceexperience .
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook .
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
