Position Details:
Patient Population: Adult Oncology / Hematology
Setting: Outpatient / Oncology Clinic
Responsibilities:
Provide care for patients with cancer and hematologic disorders
Diagnose and treat leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma, and solid tumors
Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and care teams
Participate in shared call coverage
Required Procedures: Not specified
EMR System: EPIC
Support Staff: Physicians, APPs, nurse navigators, care managers
Days Per Month: Full-time
On-Call/Weekends: Minimal call shared with large team
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology
- Active Colorado medical license (or willingness to obtain)
- DEA (prior to start)
- Most recent NPDB Self Query (within 30 days)
- Clean malpractice/license history (preferred)
- Visa support status (J1 or H1B)
