Senior Human Resources Generalist

We are partnering with a growing company in the Galleria area that is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact, build role as the first dedicated HR hire , helping to establish and scale the HR function.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes
• Partner with leadership on employee relations and performance management
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Create and manage performance improvement plans
• Conduct salary benchmarking and support compensation planning
• Support benefits administration and day-to-day HR operations
• Help build and scale HR infrastructure to support company growth

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive HR experience
• Experience in Architecture or Engineering strongly preferred
• Proven ability to work in a hands-on, standalone or small team environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience across recruiting, onboarding, and generalist functions
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
