Train & Lead the Team: Guide, mentor, and motivate employees to maintain high standards of service and teamwork. Enhance Guest Satisfaction: Address concerns professionally to ensure every guest leaves with a great experience. Manage Financials: Assist with inventory control, budgeting, and reporting to support profitability. Ensure Compliance: Maintain health and safety standards, company policies, and local regulations.
