Gardener - Landscape Maintenance Crew Member Location: Tempe, AZ. Full‑time. Pay: $18–$24 per hour (based on experience) + seasonal bonuses and year‑end bonuses. We are looking for a Gardener (Maintenance Crew) to help create stunning outdoor spaces and maintain beautiful landscapes. What You'll Do Assist the foreman with daily maintenance and landscape care. Perform tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, and checking irrigation. Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently. Inspect plant health and identify issues such as pests or irrigation problems. Ensure safety standards are followed on every job. What We're Looking For At least one year of experience in landscape maintenance or fine gardening (preferred, not required). Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions. Team player who works well under direction and communicates clearly. Valid driver’s license preferred; E‑Verify compliant. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
