Schedule: Full-time, Varied Shifts Valley View Medical Center is part of Lifepoint Health, a diversified healthcare delivery network. How You’ll Contribute Perform diagnostic testing on patient samples to assist physicians in diagnosing and monitoring disease states. Follow standardized procedures and prepare patient samples for testing. Collect and analyze bodily fluids and substances for abnormalities, including blood samples for transfusions. Operate laboratory equipment safely and effectively. Analyze test results for accuracy, acceptability, and critical limits. Report and document findings according to organizational standards. Perform automated testing using computerized instruments and equipment. Participate in performance improvement and continuing education. What We’re Looking For Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in science. Additional requirements: Medical Technologist licensure through ASCP or AMT (licensure must reflect education requirements).
