Clinical Program RN at Providence St. Joseph Hospital Orange in Orange, CA. This position is Full- time and will work 8-hour, Day shifts.

Leads the alignment, standardization and ongoing improvement of ministry length of stay for designated patient populations. Serves as designated ministry liaison with providers and ministry Care Coordination teams, to move patients towards safe and effective discharge plans or transitions to the most appropriate next level of care.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree Nursing.
• Bachelor's Degree Nursing.
• Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License.
• 3 years Experience in Utilization Management.
• Experience working with InterQual and MCG guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree Nursing.
• 5 years Experience as a utilization/case manager in an acute care setting.
• Experience in a multi-hospital and/or integrated healthcare system.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
