Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care. Working closely with Physical Therapists, you’ll implement individualized treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training, document patient progress, and help maximize independence and safety.
