Skills and experience for the role
Must Have
- 3+ years of experience using and maintaining Windows and/or Linux systems.
- 1+ years of experience deploying and operating cloud applications in a Platform-as-a-Service model
- 1+ years of Experience with directory services, single sign-on, or account lifecycle management
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong Preference
- Experience working in higher education
- Experience with ITSM (ServiceNow)
