Key Account Coordinator

Responsibilities Conduct market and account research to identify and qualify potential clients, validating business viability, product applications, and key decision-makers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect and customer lists aligned with target accounts and industries. Execute cold calls and follow‑up communications to introduce the company’s value‑added services and initiate sales engagement. Maintain customer profiles and interaction records in the CRM, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards. Partner closely with traders to support client presentations, proposals, and introductory materials. Prepare requisitions and purchase orders in accordance with traders’ instructions and commercial terms. Coordinate with internal teams to support order processing and ensure timely, accurate execution. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline. 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, account support, trading, or customer service. Experience in electronic components or trading environments is an advantage. Strong research and analytical skills for qualifying prospects and understanding customer needs. Effective communication skills, with confidence in conducting outbound calls and client interactions. Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively with traders and cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
