Candidates interested in practicing in busy community hospitals affiliated with a major academic medical center are desired. The Practice Emory Decatur Hospital – Decatur, Georgia Vituity staffed since 2005. STEMI Receiving Center and Stroke Center. 29-bed Emergency Department and a 12-bed Clinical Decision Observation Unit run by ED. Internal waiting rooms with 25 capacity, 4 psychiatric stabilization rooms, several expedited care and FAST areas. 75,000 annual visits Daily in-house neurology coverage 7 days per week during daytime; teleneurology coverage overnight. 2025 Vituity Distinguished Practice Award. Emory Hillandale Hospital – Lithonia, Georgia Vituity staffed since 2005. 110-bed facility with 29 ED beds plus a 10-bed Expedited Care Area. 65,000 annual ED volume. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
