Responsibilities
- Operate truss manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret truss designs, blueprints, and production specifications
- Assemble and produce quality roof and floor trusses
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and structural integrity
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work closely with production team members to meet daily goals
- Previous truss manufacturing or truss machine operation experience required
- Ability to read blueprints and measuring devices accurately
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Day Shift
- Full-Time
- Pay $18HR/DOE (Depending on Experience)
