Join Our Team And Experience Endless Career PossibilitiesThis position is responsible for processing all guest and patron reservations at the Pro Shop.Primary Duties And Responsibilities:Creates and processes Tee Times for all patronsCoordinates Tee Times with the StarterAssists customers and professional staff in golf shop merchandise salesSecondary Duties And Responsibilities:Handles incoming phone callsAssists patrons in the Golf Pro ShopAssists with tournament play, as neededMinimum Education And Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalentOne year of experience at a golf courseA working knowledge of the game of golfA valid Driver's LicenseCompetencies:Good written and verbal communication skillsGood organizational and multi-tasking skillsExcellent customer service and telephone skillsTraining Requirements:Working knowledge of the JOANAS Golf Management SystemWorking knowledge of the rules and regulations of the game of golfPhysical Demands And Work Environment:Must be able to stand for long periods of timeMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs.Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditionsMust be able to work various shifts and flexible hoursThis is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, requirements or working conditions associated with this job.
