Hospice Admissions Nurse: Patient Care & Coordination

Centrica Care Navigators in Kalamazoo, Michigan is seeking an Admissions Registered Nurse to coordinate admissions and provide skilled nursing care as prescribed. Responsibilities include evaluating patient needs, initiating medical orders, and providing information to patients and families about services and payment options. Preferred candidates should have a BSN and RN license in Michigan, with at least one year of general nursing experience, particularly in Hospice.
