Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain monthly financial statements for assigned senior living properties
- Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
- Manage general ledger activity within Yardi , ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Review and analyze property-level financial results, investigating and explaining variances
- Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis
- Partner with property operations and regional leadership to support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Assist with annual budgets, reforecasts, and audit requests
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls
- Support process improvements and system enhancements as the organization continues to scale
