Location & Schedule We are growing our team in Tempe, AZ with multiple bilingual (English/Spanish) Medicare Sales Agent openings. This is an inbound call role with a hybrid-remote option after training. Work hours may include weekends during training and ongoing shifts; specifics are provided during onboarding. Work Schedule: Operating hours Monday - Friday 8:30am - 9:00pm local time; shift provided during training with rotational weekend work Full-time position with flexibility based on seasonality Hybrid work model after successful completion of training and nesting period; up to 3 business days per week remote Primary Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls from prospective members, identify needs, and aim to convert to a qualified lead and sale Follow up with members on questions or to review current or new products and services Navigate multiple computer systems to document member information while maintaining active listening and engagement Demonstrate knowledge of the product portfolio, address needs, explain differences, and assist in product selection Assist in completion of the enrollment application over the phone, adhering to product requirements and enrollment guidelines Meet performance, attendance, and consumer experience goals Maintain licensure, appointments, and annual product certification requirements Compensation & Benefits Base pay plus monthly sales incentive; average annual earnings $50K - $65K; top performers can earn $80K+ Sign-On Bonus: up to $2,000 for unlicensed external/internal applicants; up to $3,000 for licensed applicants Medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D, short- and long-term disability coverage; Health Savings Account or Health Spending Account options 401(k) savings plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, education reimbursement, employee discounts Paid Time Off: 15 days in first year; 8 paid holidays Employee Assistance Program, referral bonuses, voluntary benefits (pet, legal, LTC insurance, etc.) Environment focused on teamwork and individual success; information at: Note: Pay is based on factors including location, education, experience, and certifications.
