What Role You Will Play On Our Team Provide strategic insights on tax issues to tax compliance and other functions Develop and implement tax planning of business transactions Collaborate with senior management on tax issues Drive innovation in the tax function About You We are seeking a Senior Tax Counsel with a strong background in corporate tax planning, who possesses the following qualifications: Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum of 15 years of tax planning experience Minimum of a J.D. Licensed to practice law in at least one state Preferred Qualifications / Experience Tax LL.M. preferred Adds value by collaborating effectively with colleagues, clients and other support functions Shares knowledge to develop capabilities of the whole team Benefits Pension Plan: Enrollment is automatic and at no cost to you.
