About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Software to lead transformative initiatives in the integration of machine learning and industrial systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping technical strategy, mentoring high-performing teams, and driving innovation in the development of scalable, real-time solutions for industrial operations. This role involves leading the design and development of innovative software systems, overseeing the integration of machine learning models into operational workflows, and ensuring the seamless integration of software with industrial equipment and automated production systems. Applicants must have a Bachelor of Science in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of software engineering leadership experience. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and TypeScript, experience with machine learning applications in industrial settings, and a strong knowledge of databases, APIs, frontend systems, and cloud infrastructure are essential. The role also requires familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and workflows, a proven ability to lead teams, and a commitment to fostering innovation and driving continuous improvement. The Head of Software will be expected to champion the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to maintain industry leadership and to foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence within the software team.
