An Inventory Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring adequate stock levels, and coordinating with various departments to streamline the supply chain process. This role plays a critical part in minimizing discrepancies and optimizing inventory control to support operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconciliations
• Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure timely stock replenishment
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances
• Analyze inventory trends to forecast future stock needs
• Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize losses
• Prepare and submit inventory reports for management review
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding inventory management

Pay rate: 20.00

Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm
