Financial Representative Volt is immediately hiring an Financial Representative in Pittsburgh PA As a Financial Representative you will: Assist multiple Operations teams who support Investment Management, Banking and Loan products though out the life of an account Someone who has a Degree in Accounting/Finance/Mathematics/Economics/Statistics would be highly preferred. Someone with 0-2 years of financial domain experience would be great to have. Key responsibilities include: Data entry and review of sensitive client information across multiple systems and processes Document management including scanning, filing, vault maintenance Processing of incoming and outgoing mail which includes checks, proxies, loan documentation, statements and various client communications. Skills Required: Strong attention to detail with ability to process critical data accurately and timely. Excellent client service skills using both written and oral communication Experienced user of Microsoft Office products. High organizational ability while being able to prioritize multiple tasks in a changing environment. This is a Contract full time opportunity.
