What You'll Own
- Lead day-to-day production operations in a plastics manufacturing environment.
- Improve throughput, labor efficiency, and overall operational performance.
- Develop supervisors and production teams.
- Drive safety, quality, delivery, and productivity metrics.
- Partner with maintenance to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Establish KPI-driven production management.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives throughout the operation.
- Foster a culture of accountability, communication, and operational excellence.

- 7+ years of production leadership experience in plastics manufacturing.
- Proven success leading manufacturing teams in a production environment.
- Experience improving productivity, quality, and operational performance.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement principles.
- Experience developing supervisors and building high-performing teams.
- Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A track record of delivering measurable operational results.
