Dietary Aide - Per Diem

Job Title: Dietary Aide – Part Time Schedule – 4pm to close (8pm) Pay: $16.00 – $16.50 per Hour We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Dietary Aide. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dietary department and ensuring that our residents receive high-quality and nutritious meals. Responsibilities – Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to residents in accordance with dietary guidelines and restrictions – Set up dining areas and assist residents with meal service – Clean and sanitize kitchen and dining areas – Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies – Follow proper food handling and safety procedures – Communicate effectively with dietary staff, residents, and their families Requirements – High school diploma or equivalent – Entry-level experience in a dietary or food service setting preferred – Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks – Strong communication and interpersonal skills – Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities – Ability to work well as part of a team This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in the healthcare and food service industry.
