You’ll design and deliver management and financial reporting, own headcount and expense forecasting in partnership with Finance, and support capacity modeling and activity-based costing. Your work will directly influence decision-making and help foster a collaborative, high-performing culture.Job Responsibilities Serve as a strategic advisor to Wholesale Lending Services (WLS) and Commercial Banking (CB) F&BM leadership, shaping and communicating business strategy, performance projections, and trendsDesign and deliver monthly and quarterly business management and financial reporting packages that communicate results transparently and conciselyCoordinate deliverables with business managers, finance, operations, and product teams to support business priorities and transformation initiativesAnalyze large, complex data sets to create impactful analyses and recommendations that drive strategyOwn headcount and expense forecasting in partnership with Finance, and support annual budgeting and business reviewsSupport the build-out and enhancement of capacity models across WLS functions and activitiesParticipate in the activity-based costing process to allocate expenses across lines of business and downstream client profitability systemsEnsure robust financial controls and data integrity to support strategic decision-makingRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills 7+ years of relevant experience in business management, management consulting, strategy, COO, CAO, or similar functionsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related fieldAdvanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for executive-level presentations and messagingStrong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritiesDemonstrated ability to respond quickly and effectively to changing business needs and urgent requestsProven ability to partner and collaborate across business and functional stakeholders to drive execution and influence prioritizationTrack record of establishing and meeting goals, driving enhancement opportunities, and presenting progress to stakeholdersAbility to create executive-level presentations, translating data and insights into compelling narrativesPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Strong executive presence, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across the organizationExperience leading and developing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of excellence JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
